Our Fee Structure

We charge a one-off administration fee plus a low commission rate, with a minimum total cost to keep things fair and predictable. This applies to residential properties and lifestyle blocks.

• Commission Rate: 1.95% + GST on the first $1,000,000 of the sale price, then 1% + GST on the balance.
• Administration Fee: $490 + GST (covers legal and administrative costs).
• Minimum Total Cost: $6,490 + GST.

Fee Calculation Examples

• Sale Price: $500,000
  Commission: 1.95% of $500,000 = $9,750 + GST
  Admin Fee: $490 + GST
  Total Fee: $10,240 + GST
• Sale Price: $1,200,000
  Commission: 1.95% of $1,000,000 = $19,500 + GST
  1% of $200,000 = $2,000 + GST
  Total Commission: $21,500 + GST
  Admin Fee: $490 + GST
  Total Fee: $21,990 + GST
• Sale Price: $150,000
  Commission: 1.95% of $150,000 = $2,925 + GST
  Admin Fee: $490 + GST
  Total Fee: $3,415 + GST (adjusted to minimum $6,490 + GST)

Important Notes:

• Our fees are deducted from the sale proceeds at settlement—no upfront costs.
• Marketing costs are separate and agreed upon in advance (e.g., photography, online listings).
• If your property is listed as GST-inclusive, fees are calculated on the GST-inclusive amount.
• If your property is listed as GST-exclusive, fees are calculated on the GST-exclusive amount.
